We offer fixed fee charging for standalone matters; and a fractional, subscription based model for ongoing, business-as-usual services. For this price, you get continuity of services with an experienced commercial lawyer.
In both cases, we agree to the charges up front, so you know what it will cost you. We don't do hourly billing.

We offer fractional support on a subscription/retainer basis to do any operational legal work, and to provide sound commercial legal advice. We can do any operational legal work that comes in the door (within our areas of expertise), manage any matters that need specialist advice (such as litigation), and when things are quieter, work on the important-but-not-urgent pile of things you don't have time to get to (such as getting your house in order for when an investor comes knocking).
